The brush moved without intention — and what appeared was a flower. Or something like a flower.

Flowers are central to my livelihood, yet the desire to paint them is almost absent in me. Plants, on the other hand, are always present in my awareness. This painting came from that gap — a flower that arrived without being summoned.
