Thread Lines is a series of works completed by covering all or part of the surface with thread-like lines.

This is the first work in the series — made by drawing thread-like vertical and horizontal lines freehand across the entire surface of an organic composition painted in yellow, red, blue, and other colors.

The wild, raw traces of paint beneath are quietly veiled and calmed by the lines drawn over them.
