コーヒーを淹れているのはこのカフェのオーナーの杉山くんです。カフェの建物自体も元大工としての経験がある彼の手によるもの。

The First Chapter: "bamboo scratch" (March 14 - May 27, 2014)

上のブルーの絵の前には2ヶ月ほどではありますが以下の絵がマメルクコーヒーの空間にありました。

An archival photograph of "bamboo scratch" by Asahi Tanaka, the very first painting displayed at mameruku coffee in Hirado, Nagasaki, during its opening weeks. This artwork occupied the same space where "Blue art" hangs today, making this a rare view of the cafe's original interior.
